Paisley ID® brings fortune-telling machines to corporate holiday parties, brand activations and private events in Los Angeles. Guests answer a few questions at an AFTM® (Automated Fortune Telling Machine) and walk off with a printed fortune and a digital Paisley.
How it works
We bring it, run it and pack it up.

What it is
An interactive art installation built from retired ATMs. Each guest types a nickname and their birthday, answers a few questions and gets a reading of their own.

What we bring
The machines, plus our tea bar if you want it. We set up, staff it and pack up. Add the aquarium and every guest's Paisley swims onto your wall, your TV or our own screen.

Guests per hour
About 15 to 20 guests an hour at each machine. Tell us your guest count and hours, and we'll bring the right number of machines.

What guests take home
A printed fortune ticket and a digital Paisley, an energy portrait they keep on their phone.

Make it yours
Your logo on every ticket. Or a custom edition: your questions, your groups and your theme, on top of each guest's full reading. Custom editions need about 3 weeks.

What we need
Ground-floor or elevator access (each machine weighs about 250 lbs), 1 outlet per machine and Wi-Fi.

Questions we get.

Do you do corporate holiday parties in LA?
Yes. We're based in DTLA and come to your venue. Travel past 25 miles is an add-on.

Does it work as a brand activation?
Yes. Your logo prints on every ticket, and a custom edition can put your questions and theme into the quiz.

Do we need to staff anything?
No. We run the machines, pour the tea and talk your guests through it. You just point people our way.

Is there alcohol?
No. Everything we pour is zero-proof.

How much does it cost?
We quote per event, based on your guest count and hours.

How do we book?
Events with the AFTMs are booked through Bu Tea Den, the AFTMs' home in LA. Send an inquiry there and we'll come back with a quote. Corporate cards, ACH and POs welcome.
